In my eyes SATC can do no wrong…. no matter how cheesy it can be. I fell in love with the series years ago, and I’m unsure if it was the fashions or the storyline that I adored more. See I think I’m a little bit of Samantha and a whole lot of Charlotte, and even if some women won’t admit to their own Samantha antics, without her the show would be blah.
After watching the movie SATC2, I found myself falling in Love with NYC all over again and I am definitely adding Abu Dhabi to my travel list. In my opinion, SATC started a movement of fashion, love and just dealing with what life throws at you with a Cosmo, a Clutch and a pair of Stilettos. Because of SATC I’ve learned to appreciate the Choo’s, Louboutin’s, and the Hermès Birkin Bags. It shows women how to step out of their fashion box and wear the things you know you would feel confident in. Patricia Field is truly a genius in her own right with the capability to style these characters based on their personalities. You have the Conservative- Charlotte, The Business Woman- Miranda, The Promiscuous Sex Kitten- Samantha and The Whimsical- Carrie. I STAN for all of these ladies and the beautiful storyline that comes with it!!!!
